These terms cover your use of plaintalk.dev and any work you hire Plain Talk Developers for. Plain Talk Developers is a company of JOHN 155 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to them. Questions go to dev@ignacionunez.dev.
Services and proposals
We build websites and run and audit online ads. The scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for client work are set in the written proposal or quote you accept. If that proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal wins.
Payment and refunds
Invoices are due as stated in your proposal. Digital products, such as guides and skills, are paid at checkout through Stripe. Each product's page says whether it can be refunded, and that is the policy for that product.
Who owns the work
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website we built for you, its content and its code. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins and services keep their own licenses. Digital products are licensed for your own use and your clients' work, not for resale or redistribution.
Access to your ad accounts
If you give us access to your Meta or Google ad accounts, we use it only for the work you asked for. Our reporting tools only read data. You can remove our access at any time from your Meta Business Settings or Google Ads account. How we handle that data is in our privacy policy.
No guaranteed results
We do careful work, but we cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or ad performance. Those depend on your market, your budget, and platforms like Google and Meta that we do not control.
Using this website
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, or scrape it at scale. The content on this site is ours unless it says otherwise. This site uses analytics and advertising cookies, as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
The site and its free tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to what you paid us for the work the claim is about, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not affect a proposal you already accepted.
